Gateway Title processed my closing when I sold my house in March of 2014. Neither the buyer nor me had an agent and both of us were first time buyer/seller. So both of us knew very little about the process and were very confused. But Gateway Title staff Brenda, Mollie and Nancy took outstanding care of both of us. Mollie referred the buyer to a great real estate attorney who drew up the sales contract for a very reasonable price on a very timely manner and high quality! Brenda processes all the HUDs and everything else in a very courteous and professional manner. Nancy facilitated the day of closing and all the signatures very nicely! All in all it was a great, smooth and pleasant experience! I found Gateway very trustworthy and transparent, I would definitely do business with them again!
